Arnes Pack combines more than 35 years of packaging industry experience with the paper cup and food packaging production it started in İkitelli in 2008. Today, from our modern 14,000 m² facility, we serve domestic and international markets with a monthly production capacity exceeding 150 million units.

Our product portfolio is organised into six main categories: Paper Cups, Ice Cream Bowls, Paper Bowls, Salad Bowls, Popcorn and Take-away Boxes. Within the paper cup group we offer a range of sizes and builds for hot and cold beverages from 4 oz to 22 oz; alongside standard paper cups, our Double Wall, Ripple and Embossed alternatives answer different requirements. With products for ice cream, hot service, salads, popcorn and döner service, we cover a broad span of food service applications.

Alongside standard products, we handle custom printing and design work for brands in house. Exporting to more than 40 countries has given us extensive experience of the technical, operational and regulatory requirements of different markets.

Quality and Trust

Our approach to quality starts with raw material selection and covers the whole of the production and shipping process. Our production processes are audited by independent bodies under BRCGS Global Standard, FSC® Chain of Custody, SEDEX, BSCI and ISO standards.

For food contact products, material compliance, print safety and batch-level traceability are among our core quality criteria. Our products pass physical and visual quality checks at our facility before shipment.

Sustainability and Innovation

Efficient use of resources and reducing environmental impact sit at the centre of our approach to production. We choose sources with a modern production approach for the board we use, and we cover part of our facility's energy need from our rooftop solar plant.

Our products contain no PFAS. Different barrier solutions can be applied on request. While developing practices that reduce plastic use across our production and shipping processes, we continue our R&D work on more durable packaging with less material, recycling-ready structures and energy efficiency.

How We Work With Partners

We build our working principle on delivery at the right time, at the right price and at the right quality. From sampling and design through to series production and shipment, we run the entire process in coordination with our customers.

We see our team of 100+, our high production capacity and the relationships we build with partners in more than 40 countries as long-term, sustainable supply partnerships rather than one-off sales.

Our Values and Working Principles

From design decisions to shipping, we apply these three principles at every step.

Nature First

Our board comes from responsibly managed, renewing industrial forests; part of our electricity from the rooftop solar plant (GES). A clear roadmap to carbon-neutral by 2030.
