When you complete a quote form, contact form or job application we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, the product and quantity you are asking about, and the content of your message. Job applications also include your CV file.
When you visit the site, technical data such as browser type, operating system, pages viewed and time on site is recorded. This data is assessed in aggregate to measure performance and identify technical errors.
We do not sell or rent the information you share to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Your information may be shared only where the service requires it, with our group companies, with suppliers providing logistics and IT services, and with legally authorised public bodies, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.
Quote and contact records are kept for as long as the commercial relationship and statutory retention periods require. Once that period ends, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised using the methods defined in our KVKK Policy.
Site traffic is encrypted with an SSL certificate. Form data is accessible only to authorised staff in the relevant sales and human resources units. System access is limited by role and logged.
You hold the rights listed in Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698, including the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request its correction or deletion. All rights and the application procedure are set out in detail in our KVKK Policy.
